First, The content of the quality inspection work:
According to our factory production schedule and sales status, products in the process of production and inventory product inspection appraisal；According to the results of the appraisal to make corresponding arrangements.

Second, the quality inspectors must meet the requirements which they have been trained and has more than one year related working experiences.
Third, as the quality inspector ,they must have a high responsibility and dedication ,with rigorous, realistic style of work and meticulous attitude into work.
Fourth, according to our factory's current situation, regular inspection content includes as follows: effective diameter , coefficient of filter meida , particle size;the non-routine inspecting content includes as follows: ash, wear rate, sulfur content, fixed carbon.

Fifth, the inspecting method and standard: China Ministry of Construction CJ/T43-2005 or other standard as required.
Sixth, the regular production inspection system:
(1)Before operating daily equipment, the technician should inspect the production record and check the machine equipment.
(2)Each specification product’s particle diameter should be inspected once every 1 hour after the machine works, and the sampling shall be based on the samples from the entry of the machine warehouse.
(3)Each test should be carried out strictly in accordance with the inspection step, including the curve diagram of the true size of the particle diameter , and reashing the result and according to the user proposed specifications of standard to make the conclusion which qualified or not the specification of the user.
(4)If the products are not qualified, the technician should find out the reason and negotiate with the director of the workshop to solve the problem until thoroughly solve the problem; the quantity and solution of unqualified production should be indicated in the experimental report.
(5)After the products are put in warehouse, it should be checked the various specifications of the product whether are piled up by different type .
(6)The inspection system of product pre-delivery :
Before the products are delivered ,the inspector muse make sure they meet the requirements of the usres.
(7)After the delivery of the goods: the product inspection list should be filled out in accordance with the production and the inspection record; at the same time it is delivered to the users with the goods or it will be mailed to the user.

Seventh, regular testing system of the project:
(1)For the irregular testing items ,it will be tested once every 12 months.
(2)When the user has special requirements on the irregular testing items,it should be treated as the regular testing items in the process of production.
